BASEMENT I don't understand your service area space, what do you mean by that?
1ST FLOOR The ticket window is too close to the entrance. You should move it to the other side of the ticket area so you will avoid congestion at the door.
Your gift shop is hiding in the middle of the building. You should located close to the exit door; therefore, the visitors will tempt to buy a souvenir before they go. Maybe you can use the first interactive exhibition space as your gift shop instead.
GRAPHICS: It's not necessary to color code the bathroom because it's readable since you have toilet and sink. In the open to below areas instead of color coding them, you should show what's below with an opacity/transparency 25% to 50%
